So we can scope your situation accurately and ensure the right fit before either of us commits. Nothing about DFY is templated — the discovery call is where I learn your team, workflows, and growth stage so what we build is right for your agency.
Which DFY package is right for me?
If you already have the audit and you're ready to build — the Implementation Intensive is the fit. If you want a full agency rebuild across operations, team, and brand — including audit, build, and team training — the Full Operations Retainer (12 weeks) is the fit.
Why are the prices custom?
Because every agency is different. Your team size, case volume, existing infrastructure, brand maturity, and growth stage all shape the scope. After your discovery call I will send a specific proposal within 48 hours — scoped to your agency, not a generic package.
Do I need the Agency Audit before the Implementation Intensive?
It's strongly recommended. The Implementation Intensive is the build phase — it works best when you already know exactly what needs to be built. If you haven't completed an audit, the Full Operations Retainer includes Phase 1 discovery and audit as part of the engagement.
Will my team be trained on everything we build?
Yes — Phase 3 of the Full Operations Retainer is dedicated to training, enablement, and handoff. Live sessions, sandbox testing, SOP adoption, and staff development delivered directly by Carey. You finish with an operations-ready, properly structured, brand-aligned team that sustains everything we built.
