I've lived (almost) every side of this industry.
I've been a gestational carrier. I've founded 3 surrogacy companies, all of which are still active today. I’ve worked hard to build a reputation in this industry that I am proud of.
My consulting isn't theoretical.
It’s built on lived experience.
I am the original founder and owner of All Families Surrogacy, Surrogacy Mentor and Modern Parent Mentor. I served as the Co-Vice President of SEEDS, LGBTQ Advisor and Board Member of PVED and I co-founded the Oregon Surrogacy Professionals Association. In 2017, the surrogacy agency I founded won the BBB NW Business of the Year for Ethics award. I am also the mother of a sperm donor conceived child and a fierce advocate of family building options for all.
Prior to working in surrogacy, I spent over a decade as a certified business coach and holding operational management positions in the corporate world. Today, I partner with a select group of agency owners who want to grow sustainably, build stronger teams, and create (or maintain) an impeccable reputation.
