Why does every DWY engagement start with a free discovery call?
So I can scope your situation accurately and ensure the right fit before either of us commits. Nothing about DWY is templated. The discovery call is where I learn your team, workflows, and growth stage so what we build is right for your agency.
Which DWY package is right for me?
If you already have the audit and you're ready to build, the Implementation Intensive is the fit. If you want a dedicated operations leader focused on your agency on a retainer basis, Fractional COO is the fit.
Why are the prices custom?
Because every agency is different. Your team size, case volume, existing infrastructure, brand maturity, and growth stage all shape the scope. After your discovery call, I will send a specific proposal within 48 hours, scoped to your agency, not a generic package.
Do I need the Agency Audit before the Implementation Intensive?
Yes. The Implementation Intensive is the build phase for the solutions created from the audit findings. Note that the Fractional COO package includes the Agency Audit as part of the engagement.
Will my team be trained on everything we build?
Yes, the DWY packages include training and handoff for your key team members.
